If you have purchased a product from us and lost your download link, just enter the email address you used to purchase the item and the link will be emailed to you. You must enter the exact same email address that you gave to PayPal. This only works for unexpired links.

If you have lost the product(s) you downloaded or feel that you have lost out in some other unfair way, please contact us and we will try to help.

If you don't receive your download link, please check your spam. If it's not there, please contact us using our contact page. Questions about download links receive our highest priority. They are quick and easy for us to deal with and we will often respond within minutes, and almost always within a few hours, even at week-ends.

Email is not the reliable method of communication it once was and we have had a few cases where you just don't seem to receive our emails. If you contact us about a lost download link, we WILL reply, so if you don't receive it, please contact us again using a different email address for yourself on a different email system.
