Please enter the email address that you used for payment, or your purchase transaction ID if you know it. Your transaction ID was sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. It is not your PayPal transaction ID!
If you enter your email address we will show you the status of all your active transactions. We'll also re-send any active download links to you by email.
If you don't receive your confirmation email, please check your spam. If it's not there, please contact us.
Email is not the reliable method of communication it once was and we have had a few cases where you just don't seem to receive our emails. If you contact us about a lost download link, we will reply, so if you don't receive it, please contact us again using a different email address, preferably on a different email system.
If you have lost out in a way that seems unfair to you, please contact us and we will try to help.
Once you have downloaded your software, you can use it forever, so please keep a copy somewhere safe. We will not re-send lost software after your support period has ended.
